Academy of Thought and Industry at Lake Norman

Ms. Ellie earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a focus on Talent Management from UNC Charlotte. She started her Montessori career when she volunteered at a local Montessori school in 2014. Since then, she has grown her career at Guidepost Montessori developing her knowledge in the Montessori Method through working with Lead Guides from Nido through the Children's House program. While most of her experience is with working with the 3-6 age group, she enjoys interacting with children of all ages. In her free time, Ms. Ellie enjoys hiking, camping, running, cooking, and traveling.

Ms. Jenna earned a Bachelor’s degree in business with a focus in accounting and a Master’s degree in Mathematics Education, both from the University of South Florida. Ms. Jenna started her teaching career as a math teacher at a public high school in Tampa, Florida, and has also spent several years teaching math online. Both of Ms. Jenna’s children have attended Montessori schools since they were 2 years old, and she has decided to pursue her own Montessori training as well! In her free time, Ms. Jenna loves to be outside, especially at the beach when possible.
